Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 07, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CyprusWire website and services. By accessing our website, submitting information, purchasing a service, or working with CyprusWire, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

CyprusWire offers press release service packages that may include, depending on the package purchased:
- Review of submitted press release content

- Headline and subheadline development
- News angle development
- Quote development
- SEO-conscious structure
- Formatting and preparation for distribution
- Managed press release distribution

- Guidance on how to reuse published links in marketing materials
The exact services included in each package are described on our website or in written communication provided before purchase.
3. No Guarantee of Editorial Coverage
CyprusWire provides managed press release writing and distribution services. Press release distribution is not the same as earned editorial media coverage.
We do not guarantee that journalists, editors, bloggers, influencers, media companies, or newsrooms will write an independent article, conduct an interview, publish a separate feature, or contact you.
Publication, syndication, indexing, visibility, pickup, placement, and search engine appearance may vary depending on the announcement, subject matter, industry, geography, timing, editorial guidelines, third-party distribution rules, and search engine behavior.
Any publication report provided by CyprusWire reflects available placement information at the time the report is generated.
4. Third-Party Distribution Channels
CyprusWire may use established third-party press release distribution channels, newswire services, media platforms, syndication systems, technology providers, or other service partners to complete the distribution process.
By purchasing a CyprusWire service, you understand that certain aspects of publication, syndication, indexing, approval, rejection, timing, and availability of links may depend on third-party systems and editorial or technical guidelines outside CyprusWire's direct control.
CyprusWire is not responsible for third-party delays, technical issues, publication removals, editorial decisions, search engine indexing changes, or platform-specific rules.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, statements, claims, images, links, trademarks, quotes, statistics, and materials you provide to CyprusWire are accurate, lawful, complete, and authorized for use.
By submitting information to CyprusWire, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to publish and distribute the content
- The content is true and not misleading
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or other legal right
- Any quotes, names, logos, claims, data, or third-party references are properly authorized
- The content does not contain defamatory, fraudulent, illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material
- The content complies with applicable laws and regulations
- You are authorized to act on behalf of the company, organization, or person named in the release
CyprusWire may request clarification, supporting information, or revisions before submitting a press release for distribution.
6. Content Review and Right to Refuse Service
CyprusWire reserves the right to refuse, pause, cancel, reject, or request edits to any order or press release at our discretion.
We may refuse content that we believe is unsuitable, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, promotional in a way that violates distribution guidelines, unsupported by evidence, related to restricted industries, or likely to be rejected by distribution partners.
We may also refuse service if a client provides false information, behaves abusively, fails to respond to revision requests, or attempts to publish content that may harm CyprusWire or third parties.
7. Revisions and Client Approval
For packages that include writing, CyprusWire may provide a draft press release for client review.
The number of included revisions will be stated in the package description. Unless otherwise stated, packages that include writing include one round of reasonable revisions.
Once the client approves the final press release for distribution, CyprusWire is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes requested after submission.
Additional revisions, rewrites, major changes in direction, or changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
8. Turnaround Times
CyprusWire aims to complete work within the turnaround times stated on the website or agreed in writing.
Priority 24-hour turnaround may be available for selected packages, but it depends on factors including when the brief is received, whether all required information is provided, client response time, approval speed, third-party distribution timelines, and distribution requirements.
Turnaround times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing as guaranteed.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is required before CyprusWire begins work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are listed on the website or provided in a written quote. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
10. Refund Policy
Because CyprusWire provides professional time-based services, writing, preparation, submission management, and third-party distribution coordination, all sales are generally final once work has begun.
Refunds may not be available once any of the following has occurred:
- Press release review has started
- Writing or editing has started
- Graphic or infographic design has started
- Distribution setup has started
- The press release has been submitted to a distribution channel
- A publication report has been prepared or delivered
If CyprusWire is unable to provide the purchased service due to circumstances within our control, we may offer a refund, partial refund, credit, or alternative service at our discretion.
No refund will be issued because of dissatisfaction with the number of placements, specific outlet pickup, search engine indexing, third-party syndication behavior, journalist response, or lack of independent editorial coverage.
11. Publication Reports
Where included, CyprusWire will provide a publication report after distribution. The report may include available links, placement details, publication references, and other distribution information provided or identified through the relevant distribution process.
Publication links may change, expire, be removed, be updated, or become unavailable over time due to third-party website policies, technical changes, search engine behavior, or editorial decisions. CyprusWire is not responsible for maintaining third-party links after the report has been delivered.
12. Use of Published Links
Clients may use published press release links for lawful marketing, sales, credibility, social media, investor, website, newsletter, and communication purposes.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any use of published links, logos, outlet names, or media references complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, platform rules, and third-party brand guidelines.
Clients should not imply independent editorial endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or approval by any media outlet unless such endorsement has been expressly granted.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after full payment is received, the final approved press release prepared by CyprusWire for the client may be used by the client for their business purposes.
CyprusWire retains ownership of its website content, service descriptions, branding, processes, templates, methods, internal documents, draft concepts not selected, and other intellectual property created or used in connection with the service.
If custom graphics or infographics are included in a package, usage rights will be granted to the client for marketing and promotional use after full payment, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute CyprusWire's website content, service materials, templates, processes, or branding without written permission.
14. Client Materials
You retain ownership of the materials you provide to CyprusWire. By submitting materials to us, you grant CyprusWire permission to use, edit, adapt, format, submit, and distribute those materials as needed to provide the purchased service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any materials you provide, including logos, images, graphics, quotes, trademarks, company information, and third-party references.
15. Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless you request otherwise in writing, CyprusWire may reference publicly distributed press releases or publicly available publication links in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, or examples of work.
CyprusWire will not disclose confidential information provided by the client unless it has already been made public through the approved press release or the client has given permission.
16. Confidentiality
CyprusWire will take reasonable care to keep non-public client information confidential before publication.
However, press releases are intended for public distribution. Once a press release is approved and submitted for distribution, the information in the release may become publicly available.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, private, regulated, or legally restricted information unless you are authorized to publish it.
17. Prohibited Content
You may not use CyprusWire services to publish or distribute content that is:
- False, misleading, or deceptive
- Defamatory, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening
- Illegal or encouraging illegal activity
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Violating privacy or publicity rights
- Promoting scams, fraud, or unsupported financial claims
- Containing malware, harmful links, or deceptive redirects
- Related to restricted, regulated, or prohibited products or services where distribution is not permitted
- Otherwise unsuitable under applicable laws, industry standards, or distribution guidelines
CyprusWire reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order involving prohibited content.
18. No Legal, Financial, Medical, or Investment Advice
CyprusWire may help structure and write press release content, but we do not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, regulatory, or compliance advice.
You are responsible for obtaining professional advice where needed before publishing any announcement, especially if it involves financial claims, investment activity, medical information, legal matters, regulated industries, public company announcements, or sensitive claims.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyprusWire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, or loss of data arising from or related to the use of our website or services.
CyprusWire's total liability for any claim related to a purchased service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyprusWire, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Materials or information you provided
- False, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized content
- Infringement of third-party rights
